The Details
Service

All event packages include unlimited drinks for your final guest count within a 3 hour service window. We charge $350 per hour after that. A final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event and serves as the billing minimum.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date with the remaining balance due at the time of service.

All packages include set up and tear down. We will arrive 60 minutes before event start unless otherwise agreed upon.
Travel

Travel fees are not included in package pricing. Any travel within 20 miles of Mapleton, Utah is free. Any extended travel beyond that radius is calculated as follows:

20-40 miles ($100) | 40-75 miles ($200) | 75+ miles (custom quote)

Travel outside of Utah County may require lodging fees for late night events.
Extras
We require a relatively flat space to park the trailer that is
about 20ft long by 8 ft wide.
