Madie, a Utah native, grew up immersed in Utah County’s soda culture, while Matt, originally from the East Coast, developed a deep passion and knowledge of coffee.

It was from this simple, meaningful practice, The Empty Cup was born: A place where the joy of coffee and soda meet, and people can pause, unwind, and reconnect—with loved ones, with themselves, and yes, with a little caffeine boost.
